From inboard you can see the adapter that goes between the head and the stock 79 alternator bracket.

From inboard this is the adaptor between rhe head and the AC bracket which I think is from a 90 Chev pickup.

Trying to look down at the tensioner which lives under the AC compressor. You can see a little of the crank pulley which is a March pulley added to the front of the stock pulley.

Motor to the left you can see the crank pulley and the snout of the LT1 power steering pump which has a remote reservoir. To the right is the fan shroud made from an aluminum road sign mounting 84 vette electric fan. It all looks crooked, but that's the camera, the belt has stayed on for several hundred miles so far!

That's an idler that sits outboard of the PS pump to make the belt go further around the PS pulley and lines it up with the alternator straight above it. The brass fitting in the middle is one of the hoses from the PS pump to the rack & pinion steering unit.

Stock 79 alternator using the stock 79 bracket. The LT1 PS pump is right below it,the flat metal you see below the alternator is part of the homemade bracket for the PS pump.

Kind of a top view slightly from the rear. AC bracket and pump are from (I think) a 90 Chev pickup. Radiator is stock 79 with homemade shroud mounting a fan from 84 vette. I'm using a Chev performance manifold with an Edelbrock carb and HEI distributor.
