There are a lot of makers out there and I don't know what to buy. Any input will be appreciated.[sm=dontgetit.gif] Thanks mech259 03-15-2006, 09:17 AM Installed several K & N on Corvettes and Chevy Trucks. All have a very good fit and finish. Clayton 03-15-2006, 01:13 PM Thank you. i was leaning towards that. Didn't want to get the wrong thing. What is Blackwing? Do they sell that for an 85? Is it cold air induction or just a high flow air filter? I have to look it up but I know several that have it here and would like to hear details. mech259 03-15-2006, 10:35 PM I'm sorry, guess I've never heard of that brand. I'm not up on the more obscure systems. I'm more into classic restorations and restoring back to original factory condition. :D PAY2PLAY 03-16-2006, 12:14 PM I just went to SLP's website and I didn't see a Blackwing listed for the C4, so I think they only make it for the C5 and C6. Clayton 03-16-2006, 01:08 PM Thanks Patrick. I was waiting for you to say something since I knew you had one. I didn't know it was SLP. I found what appears to be a good ram/cold air induction system at Corvette Central. Thanks for all the replies. Lee helped out some by email also. thanks Lee. |
