I've recently decided to upgrade my distributor to a MSD Tach drive until. I believe the factory transistorized ignition box was going out and have decided to upgrade since it keeps the car's factory look. It's also being ran in conjuntion with a MSD 6 Digital box.
The car was a monster (when it ran) before the upgrade (built to L88 specs), but since it's been rather controllable :)
I wanted to see if anyone has had experience with this change. I'm thinking the springs for the advance might be the problem. Perhaps I should go to red racing springs or simply lock it out?
Thanks for the help,
Joseph
