Alright, Ive got an 81 with the th350 in it. I want to change it out for the 700r4 for the overdrive bonus and I have a few questions. Which converter do I need to use? Is it a lock-up converter, and do I need some sort of stand alone for it? I dont know a whole lot about automatics so any help would be appreciated.

NO.. BUT DONT GET THE TWO CONFUSED THER IS A 700-R4 AND A 4L60E.. I LIKE THE 700-R4 BETTER AND GET ONE FROM THE YEAR 1990 AND UP..:D
