I'm currently swapping my TH350 transmission for the 700R4 Transmission in my '81 Corvette. It is getting down to the nitty gritty. I'm in need of a couple parts before I can continue. I need a 1982 transmission (700R4) dipstick and tube. I also need the detente bracket from an '82 (700R4) transmission. I was wondering if anybody could be of some assistance. This project has been one delay after another, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Have you checked the various aftermarket suppliers? Paragon or Corvette Central might have your parts. Or even a dealer parts dept.
