My '65 coupe has the stock rear exhaust. I would've prefered stock side pipes, but I ended up buying this coupe for various reasons. Anyway, is there a solution that looks like stock exhaust but will give me a better sound? A sound closer to side pipes? I don't wnat to make the mods for side pipes if I don't have to.
I have heard that chambered exhaust sounds louder than stock, but does it sound "good". Yes, there is probaly an "ear of the listener" preference factor as well, but in general I would like a better sounding exhaust that looks like stock. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Scott
