I am installing a '96 LT1 with a 4L60E transmission in a '77 C3. Does anyone know if an OBD I PCM can be reprogrammed to work with the '96 4L60E lockup torque converter?:eek:

OBD I computers don't have the have the correct data rate needed and the correct transmission solenoid controls.
