Default 1967 Air Input Carb

The 1967 327/300 that I just bought has an aftermarket air cleaner assembly and an aftermarket "Quick Fuel" Holley subsidiary carb on it. But, there is a metal tube sticking out from the rear of the intake manifold that is not currently attached to anything. Does this mean that I have to find an air injected carb and air cleaner assembly? Thanks.

Found the answer in some old posts. Old California emissions that base 327/300HP cars usually didn't have. And I have nothing coming out of the exhaust manifolds
