Default Broken gas tank sending unit ground tab

1965 Convertible:
Hope for some professional advise... While I was inspecting my gas tank sending unit when I pull off the grounding wire the grounding tab came/broke off. Just short of replacing the sending unit is there any way to repair or re-locate the grounding tab?

Thank you in advance

You could try conductive epoxy.

73shark,
I did the research on your excellent idea on conductive epoxy. I believed I talked myself into replacing the sending unit but I want to that you (again) for your innovated and professional input.

Thanks. Probably the best thing in the long run. 👍

Is there enough tab left to drill a small hole and just wire-wrap + solder the ground in place? (Probably not. Most likely the tab broke off at the spot weld ... assuming there is one).
