Hello, I just got a 1961, drove it from seller to get gas. I turned it on after and drove 50 feet and it turned off, when I tried to restart it seemed like the battery died. I pushed it out of the way and then I tried again and it started and ran all the way home. Later in the day I turned it on to take a ride and it did it again, I turned headlights on and they worked, however as far as the engine turning over nothing not even a click from starter. Can anyone PLEASE help.

Best guess would be a bad ground or 12V wire to distributor or coil. Recommend getting a factory service manual and assembly manual to help in trouble-shooting.
