Default Corvette catch can/radiator overflow...help

hi guys, i am needing some help. i have a very special 1969 Mustang Boss 302. built special by Holman-Moody-Stroppe, the car was equipped with "corvette style cylindrical catch can". It was standard procedure on all their race cars. Its mounted horizontally in the battery tray with the battery having been mounted in the trunk.

i am searching for one of these catch cans and its mounting bracketsto complete my restoration. i dont know where to look and have never seen one.

any help would be appreciated.

thanx

rob

Welcome to CF!
If you go to www.eclkers.com , you may find what you are looking for. Not knowing the year of Vette that the catch can came from, that's the best I can do for ya. Good luck.

The only overflow reservoir I've seen is the plastic one they started using on the Sharks. The midyears just had an overflow tube down the side of the tank.
