Default RPO Numbers

Looks like the key to figuring out what I really bought is to source the RPO numbers. So where are they on a 1965 C2 convertible. And if that info is not still on the car somewhere, what are the alternatives?

The the only place that I know of would be the copy of the build sheet that they placed on top of the gas tank before the body drop at St Louis.

Tank sheets started in 1967. I would check engine pad to see if it is original, suffix letters would tell engine HP , trans type and if equipped with transistor ignition. Next I would check red line on tachometer, this would tell you HP if it has not been changed or altered. Trim tag located under dash, below glove box would give paint code. Also there would be interior trim code telling color and if it had leather. I don't have code information with me but is available in many books or on computer. Hope this helps
