Default 1970 L46 Question

Hello All,

I have a 1970 coupe with a 350HP L46 motor. The car is an original numbers matching car with 57k miles on it. I am starting to restore it and would like to build up the motor. My question is - should I build up the original motor, or pull that motor out and put in a new one (as I should not mess with the original) ??? My intention is to keep the car totally stock with the exception of the motor - I would just like a little more power.

Thanks in advance.

Dhasso

Thats a question we all ask our selfs, to crate or not to crate. My vote is build the crate. 57K on the orignal not bad sounds like a nice car.

Numbers matching car? No question, another engine, mothball the original. [8D]
