Based upon your description and the 2021 Corvette Magazine Buyer's Guide issue, it would need to be in what they described as "Good" condition. L82 would be a $2,000 add but if it had a 4-speed then it would be a $5,000 add. A/C adds $800 & optional wheels add $700.
A Corvette that old would probably require new brake calipers with stainless steel linings unless they have already been replaced.
