Everything to bring it back can be purchased. just depends if that's what you want to do. Keep us posted. Cheers.

Yep, that makes it a tough desicion. You can find everything to bring it back, but it won't be cheap.I would think you could get the car fairly cheap though, and if the frame is in good shape, it should just be a matter of going to some swap meets or just buying new and bolting on.

Yeah, I am thinking if I can get it for about 2 or 3 grand I will take it. Is that a pretty fare price?

I would think less. But what's it worth to you? that's the important question. Good luck with it.

Hmm, I will probably start with $1,500, maybe $2000 if he does have the interior for it. I can always go up. Thanks everyone for all the help, I will post up pics soon

Hi frostbite, I don't think you understand how much all the missing parts will cost you, that car sounds like a money pit. Get a price for all the parts that you think that you need and you will find that it will cost you more to put it together than it would if you bought a poorly kept vette. You say you need doors, how much are they? Would they come with glass? Or regulators, does your potential purchase have power windows or a crank. What about the windshield, any bright parts left and what about the inside trim. What else is missing the you did not see yet? There are better deals out there, be patient and you'll be a lot happier in the long run, that's my 2 cents worth, PG.

With everything that is missing, it is only worth about $1,000.00. That is, if it has a good title. If it is a base model 350/300 HP car you could go hog wild and convert it to a big block car or a custom ride.

I was really excited for you Frostbite. I wanted to hear better newsabout your find. Here's an old guy's advice: Think it over good! I just finished a 3-1/2 year restoration on my 69 roadster. Why did it take 3-1/2 years. Your eyes will open wide if ya startpricing parts.Zip and Paragon, whom I considerlesser quality part suppliers ( and I bought several orders from both and they treated me fairly) but they are still very proud of their parts.Mid Am is about the most expensive but have top quality. My point here, I could have bought a car, as good as mine, for the same money totaled in my resto. Only one consolation, I did it myself. What's that consolation worth to you? Best of luck! jack

I got the pics, you can see them in the link below. I am still going to get it if the price is reasonable, I have been pricing parts and though it will cost alot, I want to get a little crazy with anyways. The parts that are missing aside from the doors, hood, and headlights are things I would have replaced to begin with, so that is fine that they are missing. Honestly the more people that tell me it can't be done motivate me more to do so, keep the advise coming!!!
