78 4spd, cluch adjustment

How should the cluch be adjusted, there is only one location that I can find. I am trying to adjust the pedle hight.

is it a hydraulic or cable clutch?

Cluch pedle is connected to push rod with threaded end, pivot link to crank arm assemble to push rod connected to the cluch bearing lever on the cluch housing.
