Question American Racing Torq Thrust II Rims

I have 1979 Corvette front disc brake spindles and rotors on my 1955 Chevy.

I would like to put 15x7 American Racing Torq Thrust II rims on:

I know that the rim inside diameter will clear the caliper, but I'm concerned about the clearance between the rim and the caliper at the hub.

Has anyone put these rims on their 79 Vette? I was hoping to not have to use any spacers between the rim and the hub.

Thanks,

D55

Welcome to the forum.

The stock wheels have about a 4" negative offset. If your wheels are close to that, then they'll probably clear. Also might check with the vendor as they sometimes can tell you. Good luck.
