New to this forum ...hope i'm posting this in the correct place....removing brake booster from my 1974 corvette , i have removed two bottom nuts...can't find top nuts...i have removed cover in wipper well but no hole there for access ...what do i do next......

 

The nuts are way up under the mounting braket. Ya gotta kinda feel for them.
