Hi All. Thanks for your continued help as I put this car back together. My 73 has a hissing/leak at the climate control ***** when I rotate up above the Heater setting (Defrost and Heater do not have leak). Any of the Vent, A/C and Off settings have the leak. It gets louder as I scroll up to Off. I found the actuator that's under the passenger side dash and pulled off the hose to feel suction. And, when I scroll off of A/C, I can see the actuator move (it's not pretty, but it seems to be working). I replaced the climate control valve in the center dash since that's where the leak is sounding, but that didn't make a difference. I'm guessing that an actuator is bad. But, which one? And, where is it?

Also, when having a key in the ignition and turning it On (not starting the car), should the blower be operating at all when the top blower setting is set to Off?
