I have a 1970 454 with AT and without TI - the casting number is correct but this is what I am finding for the engine code: CEO70868

This makes no sense to me as I can't find anything regarding this sequence. These numbers are on the block below the passenger side head above timing chain cover.

 

Really need to know what is stamped on the block in front of the psgr side head. The last portion of that stamping should be the last of the VIN. If that's what you have, then it looks like it might be a replacement engine.
