I am with BLKNBLU68 on this one. That carb your are using is way big for a 350 unless your cam is off the wall and you have high compression and plenty of air/good heads.
Go online under Summit racing and look at their crate engines. The description will tell you what goodies they have and the actual HP output.
This way you will be able to compare your engine and get an approx HP comparrison.

good god man im making loads of power with my holley 650 you are way over carb'd and you are going to burn your compression rings up if you keep running that kind of extra fuel but looks like a clean set up , PLEASE CHANG IT TO A SMALLER CARB!!! YOU USING MY EXTRA FUEL THAT I COULD BE BUYING....LOL
