I need an Electrical Schematic for the instrument cluster area on my 74.
I took a look inside that area and someone really butchered up the wiring.

best way to get one is to get a factory assembly manual for your year and there only like 20 bucks any auto swap meet or try ebay!!
very useful tool!!

 

OK, got out my assembly manual but the wiring diagrams suck.
I need something that shows and tells what color and gauge the wires are.
Also, it is very hard to see some of the wires in the diagrams etc.

 

Hi Schoon , In the shop manual page 14-26 thru 14-28.
In the service manual try pages 12-30 to 12-34.
In the AIM Page 408 thru 413.
There is an actual schmetatic on page 14-28 in theshop manual.
There is a list of bulbs for all the lights, let me no if you need it.
You said your parking your Vette for the winter, I can't do that, It's too big of a adiction. If I can't take a ride I start to Jones, but I guess thats another story.

Wire colors and guages.
