Need some advice!
What is the better way to go, fiberglass or flexifit front bumper for my 74.
How do they fit?

Thanks,
Schoon

What is your goal as far as the look of the car is concerned? Me personally, I would opt for the 'glass ones so I could smooth out the seams (fill 'em in). I love the look of a C3 with seamless bumpers.

My original front has warped, rear too,so I'll be goin' to the glass front and rear.

I agree with you DV8, I like the look of seamless front and rear bumpers. Actually, to be more precise, I dislike the factory attempt of hanging the 5MPH bumpers on, they look like a cheap fix and an after-thought. I'd go with the glass jobs.

I have fiberglass on the front and rear, the color is the same as the rest of the car. They were on when I got the car, the rear is for the 80-82 year but I like the way it looks. I still have the seams but they line up just right. PG.

Not to be the contrarian but I got a GM NOS urethane to put on cuz I didn't want to go thru the "adjustment" necessary with the 'glass or Truflex ones. If you are going to fill the seams, then go with the 'glass ones.

If I was thefirst owner I would have stayed with urethane too just to keep it original. As far as how they line up, I don't have a clue. PG.

Thanks for the info.
I think I will go with glass and fill in the seams.
