newby restorer where does this go

Default newby restorer where does this go
I found this in the back of my new to me 73 coupe and I have no idea were it goes. any help would be appreciated. See attach.

Could it be the stiffener that goes under the front panel leading edge in front of the hood?

Glad to help. Try Paragon for a replacement if that one is not usable.
