i am completely restoring the interior of my 78 pace car (un bub.ba-ize it would be more acurate at this point that needs to be done before the actual restoration takes place, lol). can some one tell me what the switch/relay is that is mounted on top of the center tunnel, behind the handbrake assembly and in front of the rear brake cover support. it has 2 wire plugconnectors attached. the top one has yellow, orange, black wires (the black is grounded to the support) which run alongside the passenger side of the tunnel up under the dash. the bottom plug (which is cut on my car) has white, green and grey (or perhaps a dull purple) wires. i couldn't locate any matching cut wires in the area. what is the part and what function is the bottom plug controlling. can someone point me to a good diagram of it in the AIM??

The only relay I can think of in that area is the power window relay but it sounds like the wire colors are different than my 78.

 

I'm thinkin' power antennae relay....I'll look it up, and get back to ya.
