Default Parts from Auto Zone

I have been looking for parts for a brake overhaul (Ex: remanufactured: booster with master cylinder $139.00). Looked at MAmotorworks, corvette central, and others. The parts from Auto Zone are lot cheaper!! than anyone else. I've been buying parts from Auto Zone for 15 years and never ever had a problem with any of their parts. However, this is my first old car (classic 77 vette). What is you'allopinion on aftermarket parts?

I have used thebrake calipers from Autozonewith no issues. There are only a handful or soof reman companiesthat do the reman no matter whatthe brand on the box is.

One thing to remember about the reman booster from any local parts house is that the booster will not be cadmium plated.

I use the discount stores when I can but I normally don't choose the store brand. I stay with name brands that have trusted over the years.
