Default rear diff. question

I was getting my rear diff together today and when filling it with fluid and posi additive I tipped it and some spilled I would say no more than a few teaspoons. Would anyone suggest that I buy another pint of fluid and top it off or should I drain it and start over with new fluid and additive?

I see no reason why you can't just top it off, after all, you have fresh fluid in there now. If you're concerned about the mix ratio, mix up some at the same ratio. Any excess can be used in the future, should you ever need to add more.

I'm no expert, but I seriously doubt it.
