I am looking to put new American Racing Vintage Torq-Thrust 2 rims and rubber on my 74.
The rim size is 15x8,-18 offset.
The recommended tire size is 235/65-15 (this would be on front)

So my question is what is the largest widest 15"rim and tire size I can put on the back without jacking up the car or messing with the fenders or should I go with the 235/65 all around.

I have American Racing Vectors, 15X8.5 w/ 4.5" backspacing which I think would be about +0.5" offset. Tires are 255/60s w/ no problems.
