I'm just restoring a 1981 Corvette here in Australia (hence why I need forums like this

The power window motors are out of the car and I'm attempting to test them on the work bench, however they are both blowing my 15amp fuse instantly when I plug them in. Does anyone know how much current is needed for these?

Sounds like you have a short as it shouldn't draw any current when you just plug it in.
