Default Transmission line to radiator will not stay tight

The lines from the transmission to the radiator will not stay tight at the radiator, lots of leaking. What can I do to keep them tight? Can I add a cooler in front of the AC condenser?

Welcome to the forum.

Check the flared surface on the end of the lines for any nicks or scratches.

You can add an auxiliary cooler is there's room.

I have checked the lines, ordered new connections, tightened it up really well, used thread seal, not Loctite, and it still comes loose. I am going to add a cooler. I thinks there is room between the radiator and the A/C condenser.
Thanks
