My 1975 is missing the light bulb and mechanism to illuminate the compartment under my hood. Can you guys tell me where exactly it should go? I can see the wire running up the hood. Thanks, Jon.

My light istward the front of the car (under the hood) on the driver side. I would think that there would be holes somewhere there where the original was once mounted.
