Hi! I’ve just adopted my parents 1992 C4. Unfortunately, the glass targa top will not bolt down in the front. The Vette sat for 2 years, however, the top did function fine.

I have removed the top and reinstalled, however, I am unable to get the left front bolt to tighten into the top. The bolt will tighten, but I am still able to lift the top. The bolt in the right side seems to be frozen. I am unable to get it to tighten or loosen. Any ideas of what do to? I have scoured forums looking for answers and I am unable to find anything.

Not at all familiar w/ the C4 top but you could try Kroil or other penetrant on the frozen bolt. Maybe some pics would help me.
