Currently our dash cluster in a 1984 corvette is going bezerk, flashing and a bunch of randomness, does anyone know what i can do to fix this?

 

Welcome to the forum. The LCD cluster had a history of failures. I believe there are still places that rebuild them and you can get a rebuilt one and turn yours in for a core charge. You'll have to search on the internet to find it because I don't remember who it was.
