I'm an electronic tech by trade, and after buying my 1984 i removed the instrument cluster in hopes of finding the intermittent problem, but what worries me most is this unit could have come out of any car, there is no mileage reading on the title and the general condition indicates more wear than what the odometer say 54195 any suggestions?

 

i dont follow..what is wrong with the cluster?
