Can anyone tell me what would be the max weight a '93 could safely tow? Need to tow my '78 (minus motor for reduced weight) on a tow dolley. Any info would be helpful.. Thanx

 

manual says not to tow with it. i just read mine today looking for another problem

 

Your input is well appreciated. I've been in angst over what to do. The receiver hitch from Curt Mfg. has designed this one so it acts as a "load distribution" due to the fact that the Corvettes frame is made of aluminum.
There are 8 points of contact so structural integrity is not of concern...only the trans and diff load.
