Default 1995 Cat Eliminators and Electric Water Pump

Anyone know where I can buy some bolt on Cat eliminators for the stock exhaust? I would just cut the flanges off the ones I have and make eliminators myself, but I live in SoCal and this thing is going to have to be smogged next year. Since I know my cats are good, I'd rather leave them intact. I've tried Ecklers, Summit, and hours on google, but I don't see anything that isn't a complete exhaust system. Even that would be fine had I not just bought new mufflers last month. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, anyone have any experience with an electric water pump? I can't get the stock water pump drive to stop leaking from the timing cover, so I going to just eliminate it. Wondering if anyone else has done this and what you used to plug the hole in the timing cover. Also, were the hp gains noticable. Thanks.
