Default 89 Corvette Convertible Suspension and Brake upgrade

I am wondering if anyone who has upgraded their C 4 suspension can recommend one for me.

I am the original owner of an 89 convertible. I have had the engine redone and now would like to upgrade the Brakes and Suspension for better braking and cornering. I like driving twistie roads and getting on the track once in a while. I am planning to attend a few auto cross events also. I have seen the extreme touring suspension upgrade in Mid America's catalog and have also seen Doug Rippie's suspension upgrade (DRP).

Any advice for a guy that wants better performance than stock? I would love to be able to hang with the C-5's or maybe even C-6's!

was up, first thing is a roll cage. that will give you something to work with,if the body flexs to much everything you thew at it won't mean nothing. the brakes are cool upgrade, i heard some guys were not happy with baer brakes because of the price compared to the close proformance of some of the cheaper brands.
