antifreeze in oil
I got a 93 lt1 over the summer and droveI only a few times got ready to store for the winter and found both heads have antifreeze in the rocker valleysand a ton ofantifreezeon the dip stick. It has 118,000 miles on it but I have a warranty covering the motor should I push for a new one? I have no way to tell how long this has been going on.

RE: antifreeze in oil
The warranty company is going to want to tear down the motor to find if the heads cracked or a blown head or intake gasket. Push hard and often so not to delay in the repair. The motor could cost them big$ and they are most likely going to try to weasel out of payment. They are not just going give you the option of a repair or a replacement. The company will make the determination. Check the details on the warrany contract , to make sure of your rights. If your lucky it might not be as bad as it sounds. Good luck.

Before letting the responsible party get their hands on it, I HIGHLY suggest pulling the plugs, and checking the squeeze in ALL 8 holes with a comp gauge, and TAKING A PIC OF THE GAUGE IN EACH HOLE!!!
