I am trying to remove the back up lense on the passenger side on my 89 to make it easier to remove the tail light lense to replace a bulb. I have removed the 2 screws on the back up lense. It just doesn't come out. I understand there is a tab that inserts into the fascia and don't want to break it. Any ides how to get the lense ou? Thank you.

 

Welcome to the forums. There is an old saying if it doesen't come loose get a bigger hammer, but that doesen't work on plastic cars today. If you have the two screws removed on the light mounting, you should be able to push the light inward from the screw side and pull the light assembly outward where the license was mounted. If not you can check out youtube if I don't make sense to you, pictures help alot sometimes.
