Wheres the best place to put a floor jack when tring to jack up the back end of the car?

 

I dont know if its the best place or not but I put a fllor jack under the spare tire on my 86 and it seems to work fine

 

Even with the tire carrier covering it?

 

Anyone else have a sugestion? The fronts not to bad it the rear end i was wondering about.

 

My 92 has it marked on the side where it is safe to jack the car, front and back. I'd consider purchasing a Chilton or Hayne's manual; they have diagram(s) of all the ideal/safe locations for raising the car off the ground.
