Default Black86vette's brakes

I don't know how to ask you direct so I had to go this route. Aside from pissing off Vrooom, did you get your brakes fixed? If so, what was the problem?

Thats the thing....Have you heard of "value brakes" before? They were on the radio and said they had a FREE brake check. So daddy dropped it off this morning....and at 5:30 when he was at work and I am home they called and I was like so whats up with the brakes....and hes like Im sorry but we cant put your car on the lift due to the fact you have aftermarket rims. WTF? They are the Z-R1 chrome ones.....I dont care if they get a little dinged up I mean they got road rash now but sjeez. What should I do now?

Never heard of "value brakes" before. Can't see how the rims would have anything to do with putting it on a hoist. Perhaps you should find another shop or jack the thing up yourself and take a peek. Any fluid leak should be pretty obvious, I would think.

FOUND THE PROBLEM. My dads friend drove it and said theres air in the "Master Cylinder". So we are going to bleed that out. Then rebleed all four brakes. Hopefully that fixes it!!! Thanks!
