brake pads

im about to put some new brake pads on my 95, any recomendations on which brand i should buy.

i put bendix ceramic pads on mine seem to be fine sure cut down on brake dust

I agree, ceamic is the way to go. have them know and will change on all my cars when its time.

I third the opinions expressed here. Those ceramic pads are truly amazing.

Ceramic pads are great,but the carbon-metallic ones work well also,although you may get a little more brake dust.But hey,if you're like me(I clean my car almost as much as I clean myself!! LOL),brake dust will never be a problem.Keep your car clean and maintained and that,my friends,is all that matters.Your friend,Joe.

Great post, as always, Joe!! I think I might have read somewhere that carbon-metallic pads give you a little more stopping power than ceramic or OEM ones do. The ceramic ones work well and produce less dust, but do not work as well in the stopping department as the carbon-metallic ones do... does that sound right to you? I am going by memory here from an article I read a while back now... do correct me if I am wrong, good sir!
