Brake Rotors
Thanks guys for all the input, i just bought a set (front and rear) off ebay from iRotors (www.irotors.com) A friend of mine recommended them and i did some research and the looked legit, plus i paid $199 dollars for the set, with free shipping. This was the Ebay deal, the website sold the fronts for $139 and the rears for the same. I feel confident they will do just fine, ill keep you all up to date on the install...
You paid much too much but the deal is done.Do yourself a favor and get your local tyre store to spin them up on the balancer and make sure they are OK before you fit them to the car. Here's how it works;;;
there's some real cheap canadian castings out there that you can maybe buy down as low as ten bucks or less depending on volume.
Need nickel plate-no problemo
drilled dimpled or slotted???
red yellow pink//what colour hub???
They run them throught the old cad to drill and groove but don't balance them
For some crazy reason I would be more likely to buy the chinese version for $90 a full set and all machined.

Vrooomm, did you look at the irotors web site? i was just wondering if you are making a general statement about the canadian castings, or if you know the rotors from irotors come from canada.
From my experience, canandian products are fine because they are the ones I use from NAPA and havent had any problems. You get what you pay for. Anything from China I would NOT use because it comes from "sweat-shops". Canadian rotors are fine.....I think you got a good deal.
