Corvette Central Exhaust (corvettecentralexhaust.com) has a chambered exhaust systems for the LT1. They say it is supposed to create the sound of the 60's model vettes with side pipes. It is relatively in-expensive compared to other exhaust systems. Does anyone have this system, or have they heard it on another car... im also looking for other exhaust system suggestions. My car is stock now, but i want to add a great sounding exhaust. I get tired of all these little mustangs with flowmasters revving there engine at me... like they actually have power or something... Poor Ford guys...

 

I have heard it on a '95 and it did sound like a chambered exhaust side pipe system on the 67-72 vettes, to me, somewhere between what the small blcok and big blocks sounded like. Nice deep rmble. I like it.

 

Haha, Hey, I bought the same system. Well, kinda. I didnt go with the chambered system, I went with the straight pipes and I really like the sound. It has Magnaflow Mufflers. I wish I knew what the chambered pipes sounded like. If they were deeper I shouldve gone with them. I might put a sound file up here in a few days. Maybe even a video. Good Luck!
