Don't know much about the digital dashes,but it sound to me like maybe you are going to need a refurbed one?

Go to batee.com and click on Projects / Corvette Electronics. This site has quite a few solutions to digital dash problems. Could be as easy as replacing some bulbs. A commom problem it seems is the ground circuit vibrates loose on the circuit board, may need a sodering iron to fix it but a heck of allot cheaper than buying a rebuilt one. Worth checking into at least. He also has a good step by step process to replace digital dash with analog gauges if you are that unhappy with your digitals. Good Luck...
