Front bumper fade

Experiencing front bumper fade on my black92. Any suggestions short of new paint for the whole car (which it could use due to acid etching)? thanks

Probably what u see is clear coat fading. No fix other than to repaint and you need to use a flex agent when painting bumper covers. [8D]
