Default 74 FRONT BUMPER

Has anyone replaced a front bumper on a 74?
What is the best material to use. Fiberglass etc.

I assume yours is warped, eh?
I looked into this for the "Starship" and am going to fiberglass. Front and rear.

When I bought the car the front bumper had some cracks in it. I figured it wasn't a big deal, new ones cost around 3bills.

Ya, and the rear is about $500
There is a "Flex fit" but I don't know anything about it. Add another 30 to 40 bucks for it.

The rear bumper looks like it is new so I just need to mess with the front for now,

Hi Schoon, your car looks great! As far as the bumper I never changed one, mine is fiberglass, it came that way when I got the car.

Thanks Pete!
It looks good from 10 feet. As you get closer you can see the fine cracks etc from the glass aging and expanding.
I bought for a driver to have fun with and not worry about a nick or two.
Maybe 3-5 years down the road I will paint it.
