My 87 conv. sometimes when it starts it will idel fine then when you try to go it wants to to die like its running out of gas, if I let off the gas it will idle just fine. The thing is it wont do it all the time. I can turn the car off then restart it and it may work then try again and it will start and run all day.

Im thinking its the fuel pump
I need some help with this problem
