I hope this is an easy one for someone to answer. I just purchased a 94 coupe, and the right headlight cover sticks up about 1/4" in the back, and down 1/4" in the front when closed. It seems like there should be a simple adjustment for this, but I don't see one.

 

This is the possible cause of the headlight cover problem. It could be the bushings in the rotator shafts near the motors. These are nylon. They get brittle and crack or disintegrate over time. This causes the headlight cover to misalign. Hope this helps!
