Thanks guys I'm going to do this projest today at the fire station. I think I lined up everything that I need. I printed off that article from 3BlkC4Ragtop, thanks. Mech 259 and Bill I'll go light on the silicone and let it set a bit before put the gear cover cap back on. Thanks again.

Finished the gears today. The only problen is the cotter pins broken when I punched them out. I'll have to look for some new ones on Monday.

Just finished my head light motor gears today. The work excellant. Had to go to the industrial supply place to get what they called a roller pin. They measured and get the correct ones. It came out sweet. On one side I had to use a liquid gasket and it came out decent, just have to becareful and use only what you need and let it set a bit before putting the cover back on. The lights go up all the time now and together to boot..... I have extra pins if anyone needs a couple. Just let me know.
